Digital Signage - digital display system for multimedia content

Digital signage is a digital display system that is used to manage and display multimedia content. The software-based system is managed centrally and supplies the hardware (screens) connected via a network with time-controlled content. A digital signage solution requires several components. These usually consist of the hardware, the digital signage software, so-called media players for the playback of content and the content itself. The structure of such a system can be illustrated as follows:

• In the first step, the multimedia content such as videos, texts, graphics, animations or moving images are created. We offer you the possibility to independently create the desired messages using professional templates.
• In coordination with a previously defined communication concept, the individual contents (spots) are combined in different lengths and organized in so-called playlists. These allows the distribution of the messages at desired times, at desired locations on one or more screens. This process is also carried out via the digital signage software, which should therefore have as intuitive a user interface as possible. In the second step, the produced content is fed to the respective digital signage players. These are linked to the respective screens and enable the playback of your messages.
• The flexible and immediate transmission of content via digital signage represents an important advantage over print media. Messages can be immediately adjusted to important factors such as time of day, day of the week, weather and competitive situation. In addition, communication can react immediately to unexpected events, making advertising more efficient.
